Selected strategy engagements

The work below concerns proposed projects. It describes strategy and planning performed, with no claim of completed financing, construction or operational delivery.

A

Smart-City Infrastructure Planning

A proposed mixed-use community needed a coordinated approach to technology and infrastructure. Connectivity, data services and power requirements had to be considered alongside how the development would be financed and operated.

WorldWind’s U.S.-side planning work brought these questions into a common framework. We coordinated specialist input, developed the proposed study scope and organized technology priorities alongside development-finance preparation.

The planning defined the questions, specialist responsibilities and further evaluation needed before implementation.

B

Northern Haiti Development Strategy

A sponsor was evaluating housing, hospitality and a fuel terminal within one development programme. Each opportunity required a different investment approach.

WorldWind prepared a decision brief and development package separating the real-estate opportunities from the terminal’s infrastructure case. We tested operating assumptions, developed preliminary financial scenarios and identified the documentation needed for further evaluation.

The strategy recommended distinct investment tracks and a sequence for validating demand, confirming site rights and resolving the assumptions that would determine whether each opportunity should advance.

C

Senegal Housing Programme Planning

A proposed housing initiative needed to connect affordable construction with reliable utilities and local employment, while accounting for equipment, specialist partners and capital requirements.

WorldWind developed an integrated delivery plan linking local materials production with housing, renewable power and food-production facilities. We defined proposed consortium roles and structured a pilot approach with performance gates before wider replication.

The plan established what required due diligence, supplier quotations and technical testing before a commitment to programme-scale delivery.

Commercial Property Investment Assessment

An investor needed an independent assessment of a proposed fuel and convenience-retail development, including its operating economics and the obligations the investor would assume.

WorldWind reviewed offering materials alongside planning records and development conditions. We examined cost and revenue assumptions, ownership and management arrangements, compensation structures and guarantee exposure, updating the assessment as documentation became available.

The briefing identified issues for clarification, tested alternative scenarios and proposed terms for negotiation. It provided a basis for deciding whether—and under what conditions—to proceed.
