Capabilities

Strategy, operating requirements and a plan to move forward.

Our work begins with the business decision and can continue through funding preparation, execution-partner introductions and development of the marketing, SaaS and technology systems needed to operate.

Practice group 01

Strategy & Operations

Independent assessments and practical planning for leadership teams, from defining the problem to organizing implementation.

01

Management Consulting and Strategic Planning

We help leadership evaluate growth choices and operating priorities, then test the business case against available resources. The resulting strategy defines what to pursue, what it requires and how progress will be measured.

02

Workforce Planning and Talent Development

We assess roles, skills and staffing needs, then help plan recruitment and employee development. This includes compensation research and vocational-training pathways with specialist providers.

03

Facilitation and Program Management

We lead working sessions that help teams examine options and agree on priorities. We then organize responsibilities and milestones, with progress tracking to support implementation.

04

Research and Objective Assessments

We provide an objective assessment of business problems and opportunities. Research, feasibility analysis and due diligence help leadership evaluate the evidence and identify what still needs to be resolved.

05

Business Communications, Marketing and Media

We develop business plans, proposals and investor materials around a clear commercial case. For launch and growth, we also develop brand messaging, marketing content and digital media that explain the offering to customers and stakeholders.

Practice group 02

Technology & Digital

Technology planning, system selection and digital tools that support the way your organization works.

06

Enterprise Technology and Digital Transformation

We design and integrate technology stacks around the project’s operating model. The work can cover cloud infrastructure, systems integration and cybersecurity planning, with technology choices guided by business requirements and ongoing support needs.

Within this capability

AI analytics and workflow automation

We identify where AI can improve analysis, reduce repetitive work and support decisions. We design integrations around data quality, security and human review, with measures for assessing whether the tools improve performance.

07

Smart Cities, Buildings, and Connected Communities

We define technology and operating requirements for connected developments, including power, telecommunications, data infrastructure and security. We coordinate these requirements with the master plan and specialist design teams.

08

SaaS Development and Digital Workflows

We develop SaaS applications and digital workflows for the way the business operates. Scope can include customer intake, administration, reporting and payment integration, with requirements for usability, access and ongoing maintenance defined at the outset.

Practice group 03

Infrastructure & Capital

Project planning, financial analysis and partner coordination for infrastructure and property development.

09

Infrastructure and Energy Development Advisory

We help sponsors structure proposed infrastructure developments and identify the studies, operating assumptions and partnerships needed to advance them. Experience includes smart-city planning, preliminary hydropower studies and port development strategy.

10

Financial Modeling and Investment Readiness

We develop project budgets and cash-flow forecasts to assess capital needs and operating viability. Sensitivity analysis shows how cost, revenue and timing assumptions affect the business case and its funding requirements.

11

Funding Strategy and Development Finance

When a project is ready for the next stage, we connect sponsors with funding specialists and coordinate preparation for lender, investor or development-finance discussions. U.S.-side experience includes EXIM, USTDA and DFC preparation. Funding decisions rest with the relevant institutions and investors.

12

Partner, Vendor, and Consortium Coordination

Once funding is secured, we introduce qualified execution partners matched to the project’s requirements. We can help define responsibilities and coordinate the handoff from planning to delivery. Engineering, construction, legal and financing services remain within each specialist partner’s scope.

Engagement model

Support at each stage of the project

Start with a strategy assignment or bring us into a defined stage. We establish what decision or operating need the engagement will address, along with deliverables, schedule and fee.

We help prepare the project with funding specialists. Once financing is secured, we connect you with execution partners and can develop marketing, media, SaaS and AI-enabled systems under an agreed scope.

Each stage has its own responsibilities and review points, so the strategy informs funding preparation and the eventual delivery and operating plan.
