Who We Serve
We connect the pieces.
We work with businesses, developers, investors, institutions, and community organizations to define opportunities, evaluate requirements, assemble partners, and prepare projects to move forward.
Our strength is connecting the pieces: the technology, the operating model, the budget, the people, and the implementation plan.
Leadership
Eric Duncan
Founder, President & Principal Consultant
Eric Duncan brings decades of experience connecting technology, business operations, and project development.
His professional background includes engagements supporting Merrill Lynch, Estée Lauder, Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand, Credit Suisse, GEICO, the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Postal Service.
His enterprise experience includes systems modernization, network and server support, messaging migrations, and technology readiness initiatives, including work supporting more than 1,000 users at Merrill Lynch and a migration involving more than 200 users at Estée Lauder.
That technical foundation informs his broader advisory work today. Eric helps clients evaluate development opportunities, organize operating models, assess technology requirements, prepare financial and investor materials, and coordinate the partners needed to advance a project.
His international project experience includes U.S.-based planning, research, advisory support, and partner coordination for proposed infrastructure and development initiatives.
Eric's value is his ability to work across disciplines while keeping the details connected. He can move from an executive discussion about opportunity and capital to the practical questions of systems, staffing, vendors, costs, and implementation.
